BIOGRAPHY
Gail Hazlehurst is a sculptor working in clay and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree from the University of Hawaii, audited a course in Exhibition Design and Gallery management by Tom Klobe, and has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University. Her sculptures have been exhibited in juried art exhibits on Oahu, Maui and Vancouver Island.
Gail coordinated and taught clay hand-building classes for adults and children at schools and at the Contemporary Museum of Art on Oahu. She also worked as one of the Gallery Directors for Hawaii Pacific University from 1987-1993.
Gail recently relocated to beautiful Vancouver Island, BC and is focusing on creating her ocean inspired sculptures.
